COVENANT AND AGREE THAT: i
(i} The MORTGAGOR h~rein shall make within 7 days of the due date, the payments calted ~

GAGEE herein, at his option, to dectare the entire balance dve hereunder, to be due and payable at once '
w~thout notice. Failure of the MORTGAGEE herein to exercise this option at any time shall not constitute a~
