NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That ANGELINA RUSSO SHAFFNER, as
plaintiff on the-~day of October 1973, instituted a suit
against P~'1LOMINO PROPERTIES CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, :
~ as defer~3ant, in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida.
The r~lief sought in said suit is for the division and~ ~

i~ partition of the following described property located in St. Lucid

~ County, Florida, to-wit:
Begin at a Coquina Rock at the Southwest corner
of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast
quarter (NE I/4) of Section 33, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East; thence run North 190 feet to a point;
thence turn and run East parallel with the East-West
One-Quarter Line a distance of 761.9 feet more or
less to a point that is 300 feet West of the West
. Line of a 200 foot Right of Way for U.S.Highway No. 1;
thence run Northwesterly parallel with U.S.Highway :
No. 1, 356.23 feet, thence run East parallel with the
East-West One-Quarter Section Line 87.7 feet; thence
on a back angle of 171° 03" turned to the Right, run
' Northeas~erly 200 feet to the West Right of Way Line
of U.S.Highway No. 1, thence run Southeasterly along
said Right of Way 400 feet, thence run Southwesterly
200 feet to a point 40 feet Southeasterly of the North
; line of the South 190 feet of the Southwest Quarter
` (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said .
` Section 33, thence run Northwesterly 40 feet, thence
run West 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.
