THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon Plaintiff's
otion for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad
Litem and Attorney Ad Litem for the Defendants in this cause, and ;
it appearing to the Court that all of the Defendants have been dul
and properly ~served constructively by pu~Slication of Notice .of Sui
to Quiet Title and that none of the Defendants have f iled respon-
sive pZeadings or made any appearance within the time set forth i
~the Notice of Suit, and that the Plaintiff is not able to determin
hether any of the named Defendants are in the military service of
the Unitecl States of America or whether any of the Defendants are
inors or otherwise incompetent, and it further appearing to this
ourt that the appointment of Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad-
~ item and Attorney Ad Litem is necessary in this cause, it is
herefore
CONS IDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED that GERALD S. JAMES,
squire, an attorney learned in the law, be and he is appointed as
~ uardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem fo
