WITNESSETH:
That for divers good and valuable cor.siderations, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in
the promisoty note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, aGen,
remise. release, and convey anct confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, all of that certain tract of land of which
the ~lortgagor is now seiaed and possessed and in act~~al possession, situate in a~ County, Florida, described

Lot 7, Block 4, of IRENE PLAZA, as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 9, at Page 33, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; together with the improvements thereon and all furniture,
fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and
additions thereto.
This is a corrective mortgage given for~the purpose of correcting
that certain mortgage from Lillian Owens, an unmarried woman, to
Roy Lipchinsky and Evaline Lipchinsky, his wife, dated September
29, 1973, and recorded in Official Records Book 219, at Page 1010,. ~
of the Publ.ic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in which the
Plat Book number was given incorrectly
Florida Documentary Stamps are attached to the original mortgage
and cancelled. intangible tax has been paid.

free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other ciaims in favor of any other person and thet this deed shail be a
first lien thereon.
