ORDER .
THIS CAUSE, after notice came before the Court upon the
wi£e's motion for temporary relief, at which time bflth parties
appeared. The wife was represented by Ralph L. Flowers, Esquire
and the defendant pro se.
The wife in this action resides in Fort Pierce, Florida
along with the minor children born of this marriage and the
husband resides in Gifford, Florida. He is a mechanic employed
on a commission by Dependable Dodge of Vero Beach, FLorida.
She is employed as a teacher's aide by the Saint Lucie County ~
Schovl Board. There were two minor children born of this marriage
to wit: Dan Edward II, age 12 years and Diego, age LO months.
After hearing testimony from both parties and the Court
being otherwise advises in the premises, it is thereupfln
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That temporary custfldy of the minflr rhildren 4f the
parties is granted to the Plaintiff, subject to the righ~ of
reasonable visitation upon reasonable prior notice by the husband,
2, That husband shall pay to the wi~e as Temporary ~+i~e~

ww~d support, the sum of Thirty dflllars <$30.00) per week, the
first payment tfl be made on October 15, 1973 and each week there- f
after pendente lite, .
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Cvurt and
by him remitted promptly to ROSEMARIE W, DARRISAW. In additian
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory cost to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payatents shall
be in cash, money order or cashiers check, Both of the parties
are flrdered to keep the Clerk flf this C4urt advised of their
