WEAVER, his wife, and JEROME STABILE, a single adult, did on September 14, 1971 make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 195 at page 2139 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage deed encumbered certain real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 12, SILVBR LAKE PARK ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 8, St. Lucie County, Florida, less and excepting therefrom the following described parcel: A part of Lots 2, 3 and 4 Block 12, SILVER LAKE PARK ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 8, St. Lucie County, Florida being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 2, run North atong the West line of said Lot 2, 58.33 feet; thence run Northeasterly to a point on the east line of said Lot 4, said point being 95.5 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence run South 95.5 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence run West 187.5 feet to the point of beginning. as security for an original principal debt of $19,000.00 evidenced by a promissory note, which promissory note was set aut in said mortgage deed; and WHEREAS, LEO C. WEAVER and MILDRED L. WEAVER, his wife, and ~ JEROME STABILE, a single adult, have conveyed inter alia the above described property to LLOYD G. FRANKLIN and GLADYS L. FRANKLIN, his wife, the present title holders, by warranty deed dated February 7, 1972, recorded in O. R. Book 199, page 1564, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and WHEREAS, the description of the property set forth in $aid mortgage is in error and the mortgagor, the mortgagee and present title holders have mutually agreed that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to correct the error in description; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and promises herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to the other paid, LEO C. WEAVER and MILDRED L. WEAVER, his wife, and JERCIME ST.ABILE, a single adult, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, LLOYD G. FRANKLIN and GLADYS L. FRANKLIN, his wife, hereinafter called the present title holders, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter ca].led the Mortgagee, agree as follows: ~ 1. That the mortgage deed dated September 14, 1971 and recorded in O. R. Book 195 at page 2139 of the ptiblic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected so that ; the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage shall be as follows: Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 12, SILVER LAKE PARK ADDITION, less and except the South 81 feet thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 8, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ FEE.
