LESSOR'S LIEN FOR REN'f:
The Lessor sh:~ll h~ve tlie first lien, paramuunt to all
others on every right and interest of the Lessee in ~nc~ to this~
Lease, and on any building or improvements made to the buildin6
located thereon, or to tt~e f ix tu i•es ~ fu rn i ture or equ ipment
loc~ted or placed therein prioi• or subsequent to tlie d~te of this
Lease ~nd/or each and every of tlie equities of the Lessee herein; ~
which lien is granted for the ~urpose of securing ttie pa}~ment of
rents, taxes, assessraents, char~;es, liens, penalties and damages
herein covenaated to be paid by tl~e Lessce, and foi• the ~urpose
of securing the per~ormance of ~11 and singular the covenants,
conditi~ns and obligations of this Lease to be performed and observed _
by the Lessee. S'~ch lien shall be in addition to a11 rights of a
landlord ~iven under the Statutes of th~ State of Flor:da, which
are now or mi~ht hereinafter be in effect.

REAL ESTATE TAX~S: "
(A) For eacli tax year included witliin the terr~ of this
lease Lessee shall pay to Lessor the real estate taxes u pon
the de~nised premises for said tax year, and for each tax year
included in part within the term of this lease Lessee shall pay
to Lessor a-pro rata sh~re of the real estate taxes upon the -
demised premises for said tax year, based u pon the portion of

the tax year included wittiin the term of ttiis lease. The demised ~
! premises consists of land and a building (Lessee's building")

; and such other improvements as may from time to time be u pon

; said land. If the demised premises shall not be separately

assessed for any tax year, but shall be assessed together with
other premises (the demised premises and said other premises
herein called "the Assessed Parcel'•), then for said tax year
the real estai:e taxes uPon tiie demised premises shall be the
sum of the followinb: (1) an amount wt~icli shall be in the
~ same proportion to the real estate taxes upon all buiZdings in
