mechanics' liens upon the Lessor's interest in the clcmised p~•emises
and in the buildin~s and improvements locateu thereon, arisin~
throu~h the act of the I.,essee, oi• any person claim~ng under, by
or through the Lessee, and that no person u~ho furr.ished tvork,
labor, services, or materials, to the demis~d premises, or Lo
