DEI'AULT CLAUSF.:
If the 'Lessee shall f1i1 to keep and perforn~ any of the
terms, covenznts, conditions, or Provisions of this Lease by tile
I,essee to be kept and performeci, tl~en ~t sl~all and may be l~wful
for the Lessor, at Lessor's opti.on, to decla.re said demised term
