RECEIVERSHIP CLAUSE:
In addition to the other security for the performanc~
of the lease, the Lessee pled~es with the Lessor all of th~
rents, issues, and profits which might otherwise accrue unto
the Lessee for the use, enjoyment and ~peration of the demised
premises; and in connection with such pledging of rents, the
' Lessee covenants and agrees with the Lessor that if the Lessor, ~

~ upon default of the Lessee, elects to file a suit in court to

: enforce the lease and protect the Lessor's rights thereunder,
' the Lessor may, as ancillary to such suit, apply, after due

~ notice to the Lessee, to any court having je~risdictian for the

= Lessee shall become insolvent or if bankruptcy proceedings shall
be begun by or against the Lessee, before the end of the term -
