(C) Lessor reserves to itself, and Lessee assign~ to
Lessor, all rights to damages accruing on acco~.int of any

act of any public or quasi public authority for which damages
are payable. I.essee a~rees to execu te such instruments of
assigiZm~nt as m~~ be reasonably requ ired by I,essor in any pro-
ceeding for the recovery of such dama~es if requested by Lessor,
and to turn over to Lessor any damages that may be recovered in
