This lease is contin~ent upon tl~e Lessee being able to ~
construct a bvilding on the demised premises for the operation
of a b1r and package store, and to be able to ~ove a State
Bev~ra~e License for the sale of alcoliolic beverages on s~nd (

off~the premises to the denised premises. Lessee shall have ~
~
sixty (GO) days from the date of this lease to se~~are ttie ~

consent of the City of Fort Pierce to ttie construction af the
building and the operation of a bar and pack~ge store. In
the event such consent cannot be obtained aithi.n the sixty (60) -
day period, this lease sha11 be nu ~1 and void and of no force
and effect.

All persons dealing with the Lessee are hereby put on
notice in aceordance with the provisions of Chapter 713.10
Florida Statu tes, that the terms and conditions of this lease

~ herein, or the fee simp~e title awned by the Lessor.
