Each of Lessor and I.essee agrec~ t::at its f~re and e::*er~~~ cci~rer~ge ~nd other insurance policies v~fi 11 inclu de such a clause so long as the - same is obtainable and is includable withaut extra cosi;, or if , ~ extra cost is chargeable tl~erefor, so long as the other party E . ` pays such extra cost.
