WAIVER OF SU~ROGATION:
Eacli of Lessor and Lessee hereby releasc tlie othei• arrd
a.ll persons claiming under~~it, to the extent of its insurance
covera~e, from any and all liability for any loss or damage
caused by fire or any of the extended coverage casu alties, or
any otlier insured casualty, even if such fire or other casualty
shall be bro~~ght about by the fault or neglibence of tlie other
party, or ~ny pei•sons claiming under it, provicied, however,
this release shall ~e in force and effect only ~~ith resPect to
loss or damage occurring during such time as releasor's policies
of fire and extended eovera~e insui•a~nce shall contain a clause
to the effect that this release shall not a~fect said policies
or the right of releasor to reco~?er thereunder. Each of Lessor
and I.essee agrec~ t::at its f~re and e::*er~~~ cci~rer~ge ~nd other
insurance policies v~fi 11 inclu de such a clause so long as the -
same is obtainable and is includable withaut extra cosi;, or if

If Lessee or a.nyone claiming u nder Lessee shall remain in

- remaining in possession shall be deemed a tenant at sufference,
