ACCEPTANCE G?' DE~lISf: I~1 LESSEfi:
Thc. Lessee, in consideration of the covenants of Lessor,
and for thc further considerations herein set out, has rented,
leased and hired, and does hereb}~ rent, Iease and hire the
demised prer.:ises from the Lessor, on the terms and conditions
hereinafter stated.

DURATION OF TERM:
