The ex~ression "the original term" means the period ot
years referred ta in the first paragraph of this section III. Frior
to thc exercise of said election to extend the origina2 term, the
expression "the term of this lease" or any equivalent expression "
shall mean the original term; after the exercise of said election,
the exgression "the term of this lease" or any equivalent expression
shall r.iean the original term as it n~ay have been then extended.
Except as expressly otherwise provided in this lease, all_ the
agreements and conditions in this iease contained shall apply to
*~:o a~~itional neriod to which the original term shall be extended.
Zf Lessee shall give norice of the exercise af its election in the
~ manner and in compliance with the provisions hereof, the term sha~l
~ be exter.ded upon the givinq of notice without the requirement of
any action on the part of the Lessor.
