Lessor hercir~ is Lessee under that certain lease
agreenent dated August I8, 1969, wherein KIrlCO FT. PIERCE, INC.,

Said ler ase having been assigned to lessor herein by lessee. This ~
lease agreement is a sublease as between lessor and lessee and is
subject and in£eriar te ~ mortgaqe given by lessor to First
Federal Savings s Loan Association of West Palm Beach. Lessee
agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of the prime
le~se as set out herein, including modifications of said lease
contained in a modification and assignment agreement executed
by the parties hereto, the prime lessor and First Federal Savings
& Loan Association of West Palm Beach; said modification and
