artificial persons, whenever and whetiever the context so requires or admits as party of the first part, and

sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor dces
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convev and confirm unto the Association, in fee simple, the following
described real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in
