THIS ASSIGNMENT, Made this 13th day of September, 1973,
by :+IALCOLM FIRTH, TRUSTEE (hereinafter called "Assignor"), to FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF THE PALM BEACHES, a corpora-

tion duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States
cf America (hereinafter called the "Association"),
WITNESSETH:
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Assignor hereby grants, transfers and
assigns to the Association all r~ght, title and interest of Assignor
in and to those certain sublease(s) dated ~~r~. , 1973
between MALCOLM FIRTH, TRUSTEE, as lessor, and CASTLEWOOD INTERNATIGNAL
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, as lessee, as set out on Schedule
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof;
TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL EXTENSIONS AND RENEWALS THEREOF,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
