Virginia Avenue; thence continue N 0°03'34" E, along said West
right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1, a distance of 710 feet
from the point of beginning; thence continue North along said
right of way line, 75 feet; thence run N 89°42'26" W, 175 feet;
thence run S 0°03'34" W on a line parallel with the said West right
of way line of U.S. Highway No. 1, 75 feet; thence run S 89°42'26"
E, 175 feet to the Point of beginning.
All in St. Lucie County, Florida.
