5. In the event the ownership of the mortgaged premises, or any part thereof, becomes vested in a person
nther than the 1k~rtgagi~r, the ~lortgagee may, without notice to the ~lortgagor, deal with such successot or suc-
cessors in interest with reCeren~e to th~s deed and the debt hereby secured, ~n the same manner as with the \lort-
gagor without in am way vitiating or dischatging the ~lortgagor's liabiliry hereunder or upon the debt hereb}~
secured. No sale ~•f the prem~ses hereby mortgaged and no forbearance on the part of the hlortgagee, and no ex-
tensi~~n of the time for the payment of the debt hereby secured give~ by the 1lortgagee shall operate to release,
