Inc., dated Juiy aa, 19 73 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book z~- p, page ~ 3 9, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 442 , Section II, in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NFTTIES ISLAND, as sho~Nn by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Flurida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note. ,
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does ~
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Geclaration =
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, '
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mort~age hereby assigned.
