PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTaAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY QANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to=wi t:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, secur~ng
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Recards of St. Luc~e County, F]orida,
encumbering certain lands in St. l.ucie County, Florida therein ~
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated 4ctober 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of y1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Publ-ic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ,
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded 1
in Official Record 8ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St."`
Lucie County, Florida; and .
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National

part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation oT said ~
