IN A~DITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGAGEE AND MORTGAGORS
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
; (1} 7~e MORTGAGOQ herein shall make within 7 days of the due date, the payme~ts called

3 GAGEE herein, at his option, to declare the entire balance due hereund~r, to be due and payable at once
' without notice. Failure of the MORTGAGEF herein, to exercise this option at any time shall not constitute a
waiver of the right to exercise this option at some later time.
