:~10RTGAGOR FURTHER AGREES:
1. '!'o make all payments required by that note and this mortgage promptly when due.
2. To pa~~ all taxes, dssessments, liens and encumbrances un that property promptly when due. 1f

3. To commit. permit, or suffer no waste. impairment or de~erioration of the mortgaged property.
