considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents dces grant, bargain, sell,

wiae appertaining, subject to the terms. conditions and limitations set forth in the Declaration of
Condominium recorded in OR Book 186, pa~e 2720. Circuit Court Clerk's Oflice, St. Lucie County,
F`lorida. As amended in OR Book 192~ page ?93-820, G~rcuit Court Clerk's Office~ St. Lucie County.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple, forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is lawfully seizecl of said land in fee
simple; that it has good right and lawful authorit3 to sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons,
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
