ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assiqns to
Associates Capital Corporation, Whose resident and post office address is
601 Broad?vay, ~~ashville, Tehnessee ~7203,that certain mortgage executed by
Leslie A, and Alma M. Roe , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated August 1 19 73 , and fi}ed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book ~ , page 3/~ , which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 974 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLANG, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Flurida, in Plat Sook 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate ti~e reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
