PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CIYY SANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the ]aws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the follawing mortgages
and the rotes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mor~tgage ~~ed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 8usiness Tr~~st, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recarded in Official Record-6ook 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e 4ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of #
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending~the sum secured i
by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. L~cie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Sook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
~ City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, TNEREFORE, First Mational City Bark, in consideration of ~
the premises and the sum of One Hundred Thirt -One Thousand
One Hundred Fort and ~0/ --~-----------------------~-~30LLARS
~ , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said ;r;~rtgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed ~
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows: ;

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, ~aith the appurtenances, unto the
~ said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
_ and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in any~~ise impair,
~ alter or diminish the effect, lien or encun~rance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of tf~e holder thereof.
