BY THE PROPOSAL SET fORTH ABOVE, i DO UNDERSTANQ AND AGREE tHAT:
~ ~ 1. The use of or construction within the right ot way of the NORtH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAtNAGE
. - DISTRICT will be in accordance with the details of .the approved sketch supporting this ap-
plication; and if any changes are required, same witl be cleared with ihe DISTRICT.
2. tf a permit is granted, I hereby agree to notify the bISTRICT at the beginning and comple-
tion of any ~onstruction and/or use of right of way, whichever is applicable thus e~abling the
DISTRICT to coordinate and schedule inspections.
3. If a culvert, pump, or open channel connection ~s the use I propose, I accept futl responsibility
for any erosion to or shoaling in your canal or levee due to my connection and 1 shall remove
or repair same promptfy and at no expense to the DISTRiCT; and t wiN prevent the discharge
of any hyacinths or aquatic growth into your canal through my connection.
4_ 1 will neither plant trees or shrubs or erect any structure that will prohibit or limit the existing
access of DISTRICT equipment or vehicles without securing proper authorization therefor.
5. 1 further agree to alter or remove the authorized use or construction as applied for if required
in the interests of the flood contro! program or as directed by any modifications to the Stan-
d~~ds of Canstruction and Permit Procedures and at no cost to the DISTRICT.

6. It is further understood and agreed rhat any other requirements of the DISTRICT are binding
upon me, ihe applicant and owner ,and I do hereby indicate acceptance of this notice thereof.
