now the owner and holder by assignment. of the following mortgages

Mortgage lnvestors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~~st, securing

2405, et seq., Puolic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certairl lands ir St. Lucie~County, Florida therein
more partic~larly descrihed; as amehded by Modification of ~
Mortgaqe Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secur~d
by an additional principai indebtedness of a1,112,392.0~ and
also enc~nbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgag~ Oeed was recorded in Officiai Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Pubiic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florid~, and as further amended by Nlortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agree+nent, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Oft'icial Record Book 216, Page 2G5, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHFREAS, Outdoar P.esorts of America has requested First National ~
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgagzd premises, fra-~ the lien and operation of ~aid
mortgage; -
