called tne Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, ?hat for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached

within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain fo or be used with, in or on said premises, even though ihey
may be detached or detachabte. ~
