WITNESSETH, That for divers good and vatuable considerations, and also in conside~ation of the aggregale
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafier described, the Mortgagor does grant,
barga;n, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estatP, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in adual possession, situate in the County of

IT IS I~IUTUAIIY COVENANIED AN~J AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request af the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may herea{ter, at its optio~, at anytime within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment ot this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make fu•ther advantes to the Mortgagor and any such
furthe• advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase f~om time
to t,me, but ~he total unpa~d batance so secured at any one time shall not exceed rhe maximum prinupal sum of
