same of each of the mortgages listed below, recorded in Official Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and more fully described as follows:
Mortgage executed by James R. Cleaveland and Vivian J. Cleaveland, dated August 7,
1973, recorded in ORB 218, page 2503, under Clerk's file # 264115 (Lot 860).
For valuable considerations recieved from VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, Atlanta,
