and irrigation ditches and the right to construct, main- ,
tain and use additional roadways and ditches crossing the
above described land at such locations as are mutually
agreeabZe, as evidenced hereafter by recorded Agreement
executed by the parties hereto; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that
the Grantee, FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, shall have no
obligation as to the construction or maintenance of any
such roadway or ditch now or hereafter existing. Fur-
ther, that said Grantee, FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY,
may re~ocate any such road or ditch, provided such relo-
cation does not materially interfere with the accesa or
drainage. Grantee, FLORIDA FOWER & LIGHT COMPANY, shall
further have full and unlimited rights and privileges of ;
ingress and egress to all of the above described property.

RESERVING, ALSO, unto the Grantor, PEACOCK FRUIT & CATTLE
CORPORATZON, the right to construct, maintain and use a
railroad crossing or spur crossing at such locations in
the above portions of Sections 21, 29 and 31 as mutually
agreed by the parties to this deed.
