NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF SECURITY INTEREST IN CHATTEL MORTGAGE

David E. Liebmann of the City of Miami, Dade County, State of Florida,
being duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
1. That he is the Acting District Chief, Loan Administration Division,
Miami District Office of the Small Business Administration, an agency of the United
States of America, created by virtue of an Act of Congress pursuant to Title 15,
United States Code 631 et seq., as amended, and pursuant thereto and by the authority
duly promulgated in Vol. 37, Federal Register 17603 judicial notice thereof is impossed
by 44 United States Code 1507, he is duly authorized to make this affidavit for
purpose herein stated, to wit.
2. That the said Small Business Administration is the holder and owner
of that certain pranissory note dated November 17, 1966 in the original principal
amount of $8,000.00 executed by Billy James Doane and Elizabeth A. A. Doan, t/a
SiLENT SERVICE DETECTIVE AGENCY that certain Chattel Mortgage dated November 17,1966
and recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County Florida on the
17th day of November, 1966 in Official Records 159 Page 223 and which Chattel
Mortgage was executed by the said Billy James Doane and Elizabeth A. A. Doane, t/a
~ SILENT SERVICE DETECTIVE AGENCY.

k 3. That the balance due on account of said promissory note as of

August 18, 1973 is $2,268.00 plus interest at the rate of 5~% per annum.

: 4. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of extending and pre-
~
~ serving priority rights of the holder of said Chattel Mortgage pursuant to the
~
~ provisions of Section 698.09 of the Florida Statutes, as amended.
