David E. Liehmann of the City of Miami, Dade Countv, State of Florida
being duly sworn on oath deposes and says:
1. That he is the Acting District Chief, Loan Administration Division,
Miami District Office of the Small Business Administration, an agency of the
United States of America, created by virtue of an Act of Congress pursuant to Title
15, United States Code 631 et seq.~ as amended, and pursuant thereto and by the
authority duly procaulgated in Vol. 37, Federal Register 17603 judicial notice
thereof is impossed by 44 United States Code 1507, he is duly authorized to make
this affidavit for purpose herein stated, to wit.
2. That the said Small Business Administration is the holder and owner
of that certain promissory note dated November 17~ 1966 in the original prin-
cipal amount of $25,Q00.00 executed by Leslie A. Childs and Eunice E. R. Childs,
T/A C S H Auto Repair that certain Chattel Mortgage dated November 17~ 1966 and
recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County~ Florida on the
17th day of November, 1966 in Official Records 159 Page 233 and which Chattel
Mortgage was executed by the said Leslie A. Childs and Eunice E. R. Child~ T/A

C b H Auto Repair.
3. That the balance due on account of said promissory note as of
August 3I, 1973 is $6,448.00 plus interest at the rate of 5~% per annum.
4. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of extending and preserv-
ing priority rights of the holder of said Chattel Mortgage pursuant to the pro-
visions of Section 698.09 of the Florida Statutes, as amended.
