BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Lillian
La Mantia, who upon being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That she is a citizen and resident of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida presently
residing at 648 Hartman Road, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
2. Affiant states that she is one & the same individual as is referred to as
Lillian Vaughn who is reflected as one of the grantees in that certain warranty
deed dated October 2, 1973, recorded OR Book 219 at page 945 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida on October 4, 1973 at 10:10 a, m. ,
concerning that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida As hereinafter
described:
The North 85 feet of the East 140 feet of the ~yest 185 feet of
of the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/~
of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Affiant further states that she is one/ the same individual as is reflected
as Lillian Vaughn one of the mortgagors in that certain mortgage deed dated
October 2, 1973 recorded OR Book 219 ~ge 946 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida encumbering the above reference property.
4. Affiant states under oath that she is not now nor has she ever been married

t to one Leroy Vaughn who is reflected as one of the grantees in the above

; refsrence deed and one of the mortgagors in the above reference mortgage;

~ but that, she is entitled to an undivided one-half interest in the above reference
~
~ property by reason of that certain conveyance from Edward E. Grith and
a

~ Florence Girth, his wife to Leroy Vaughn and Lillian Vaughn, his wife,
~ dated October 2, 1973 recorded OR Book 219 at Page 945 of the public records
