DIVISION OF ADb1INISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of Florida, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
a political subdivision of the State of Florida, Plaintiffs, take and
enter this appeal to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of
Florida, West Palm Beach, Florida, to review the judgment of the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Gircuit, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, bearing the date of the 14th day of September, 1973,
recorded on the 17th day of September, 1973, in Official Record Book
218, at page 200I, in the records of said Court, and rendered on the
27th day of September, the date of the filing of the Order denying
Plaintiff's Motion for New Trial, and the Order denying Plaintiff's
Motion for New Trial filed on the 27th day of September, 1973, in
Official Record Book 219, at page 292, in the records of said Court.
The nature of the judgment appealed from is a Final Judgment in an
eminent domain proceeding and the order appealed from is an Order
denying Plaintiffs' Motion for New Trial. All parties to said cause
are called upon to take notice of the entry of this Notice of Appeal.
