ORDER ON MO~ION FOR ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court the 12th
day of October, 1973, both parties being represented by counsel, and
the Court having heard testimony and being otherwise fully advised,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
1. That the Court holds in abeyance the request for con-
tempt and orders Husband, HOWARD RAUGH, III, to comply with previous
Order of this Court and, in particular, as follows:
(A) That the Husband shall make payment of lump sum ali-
mony in arrears in the sum of $300.00 within thirty (30) days from
date of hearing, to-wit: on or before November 12, 1473. That this
payment shall terminate further obligation for alimony.
- 2. That the Husband shall make payment of inedical bills
incurred by the Wife on behalf of the minor children as follows:
(A) Dr. Carbonera $ 32.00
(B~ Dr. Roberson $ Z51.00
(C) F.P. Memorial Hospital $ 32.75
(D) Dr. Copeland $ 20.00
. (E) X-Rays $ 8.00
