1973, the holders of the Mortgage executed by PERRY BOSWELL, JR.

18, 1969, filed for record September 18, 1969, and recorded in
Official Records Book 179, page 2893, public records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, joined by E. G. Weaver and Alma H. Weaver, his
wife assignors, in consideration of the sum of $94,285.72, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this /s day of
1973, release fr:.~m the lien of that mortgage the real property in
that county described as:
The North 273.29 feet of the South 578.03
feet of North 787.09 feet of Section 27,
Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, as measured from North to
South on the perpendicular and running
from the waters of the Atlantic Ocean to
the waters of the Indian River; together
with all riparian rights thereunto
appertaining;
without impairing the Iien of that mortgage on the remaining part
: of the property described in that mortgage.
