WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~ day of ,
A. D. 1973 by HARVEY L. SEYMOUR and MARION B. SEYMOUR, is wife,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to CHARLES D. SANGER, JR. and
DIANA . SANGER, his wife, whose post office address is:

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
