Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurteuances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and also alt buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, mechines, heating ptant, lighting plent, and all
plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting
