THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That the Grantors, Franci~ J.
Roach and Adele A. Roach, his wife, of Apartment 202, Building 5, ~
Anglers Cove, Stuart, Martin County, Florida, for and in consid- !
eration of Ten Dollars, and other good and valuable considerations
in hand paid, have qranted, bargained and sold unto Security
Trust Company of Miami., Florida, as Trustee under the provisions
of a trust agreement dated the Z Z day of July, 1973,
between Francis Joseph Roach as set-

known as the Francis Joseph Roach Trust Agreement, and unto
any successor or successo=s in trust under the trust agreement,
