second part assumes and agrees to pay.

belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.

and assigns, with every right, title and interest of which the party of the
first part is now seizeci and possessed and of which MALCOLM S.McCOLLUM
died seizeci aond possessed, as fully and completely as the party of the first
part, as Executor, could or should convey the property under and pursuant
to the Orders of the above-mentioned Court and the applicable law.
