ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT OF SALE AND AGREEMENT FOR DEED
THIS ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT FOR DEED, made this Z S day
of October, 1973, by PAUL G. DONALDSON and DORETHIA L. DONALDSON,
is wife, of St. Lucie County, Florida, parties of.~he first part,
in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consider-
ations, received from or on behalf of HERBERT L. TREAT and ELEANOR .

transfer and set over unto the said parties of the second part all
their right, title anci interest in and to that certain Contract of
Sale and Agreement for Deed dated September 29, 1970, recorded

Everett Gleason and Florence Gleason, his wife, parties of the fir t
art therein in favor of George Saleeby, Jr., and Mae E. Saleeby,
is wife, which was assigned by the said George Saleeby, Jr. and
ae E. Saleeby, his wife, to Paul G. Donaldson and Dorethia L.
i onaldson, his wife, and recorded in Off icial Records Book 19I,

• age 1976, on April 13, 1971, in the public records of St. Lucie ~
ounty, Florida, with respect to the following described piece or
arcel of land and the improvements thereon in the County of St.
Lucie and the State of Florida, to-wit:
Part of Lot 4 of J. I._ KELLEM' S SUBD IV ISION, accord ing to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 85,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, more parti-
cularly described as follows, to-wit; The North 65 feet
of the South 330 feet of the East 108 feet; and the North
40 feet of the South 165 feet of the East 107 feet, all
` in said Lot 4 of J. I. KELLEM'S SUBD IVISION, according to
said Plat Book 3, Page 85; Subject, however to an Easement
~ for ingress and egress, to be used in common with others,
over the West 18 feet of said North 165 feet of the South ~
330 feet of the East 108 feet; and also, a similar ease- _
ment over the West 17 feet of the said North 40 feet of
the South 165 feet of the East 107 feet of said Subdivision.
