FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial on the 26th day of October,
1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: The Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between HENRY PETE JOHNSON and AMANDA
JEAN JOHNSON be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the par-

ties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obl.igations
; arising therefrom.

2. Custody of HENRY PETE JOANSON, JR., the minor child of

the parties, is hereby awarded to AMANDA JEAN JOHNSON., with rea-

? sonable visitation rights reserved to HENRY PETE JOHNSON.

3. Commencing the 29th day of October, 1973, I~NRY PETE
JOHNSON shall pay to AMANDA JEAN JOHNSON the sum of Twenty-Five _
($25.00) Dollars each and every week for the support of the child

named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk oF this Court
= by him and remitted promptly to AMANDA JEAN JOHNSON. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory ~
