Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court •
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times

4. As a lump sum alimony award, the Husband, HENRY PETE
JOI~SON, shall pay to the Wife, AMANDA JEAN JOHNSON, the sum of
One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-~ao ($1,382.00) Dol2ars, said
payment to be in the manner following: $82.00 on Navember 7, 1973,
and each and every month thereafter until the full sum of $1,382.00
has been paid b~r the Husband to the Wife. Each payment shall be
made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to
AMANDA JEAN JOHNSON. In addition, there is hereby assessed the
sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at
all times while this Order is in effect.
5. The Wife, AMANDA JEAN JOHNSON, shall have the right to
the possession, use and ownership of the furniture and furnishings
f now in the possession of the Wife and used by her for the use of

; herself and the minor child above named. Said furnishings are now

located in the dwelling occupied by the Wife and the minor child
at 337 North 4th Street, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.

' 6. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interferring with, harrassing, annoying or using physical
violence on the other.
~ 7. The Court determines that the sum of Three Hundred
FiEty ($350.00) Dollars to be reasonable for the Wife's attorneys
for their services herein, and HENRY PETE JOHNSON is ordered to
