DISSOLUTION OF A~ARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 26th dsy of October, 1973 and the
Court having given flzll consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
this Court has 3urisdiction of the garties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that

the relation oi i~us~and and wife noW exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably 3roken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED a.nd ADJUDGED as £ollows:
1. Dissolution of Marriage. That the marriage bet~reen JACK S. MEAD
and D0,9IVA FAYE MEAD be and the se,me is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby °erever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing bet~+een them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Support. Commencing the 9th d~y of November, 1973, the sum of
$50.00 sha11 be paid by JACK S. P~AD to DONNA FAYE NSEAD each and every week for
t~e support of the minor child, JACK S. t~AD, JR., said p~yment to be concurrent
With and not in addition to pay~ent under uniform support order in case #73-51$-
Each payment shall be made ta the Clerk of this Court and by him re-
; nitted promptly to Director of Probation, Os~rego County Building, Room ~10,
~ Oswego, Ivew Xork i3126. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00

` as statutory costs to be ac3ded to each p~yment made to the Clerk. All payments

s shall be nade ir. cash, money oxder or cashier's check. Both of the parties are

~ ordere3 to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
- addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.

3. Jurisdiction. That ,~urisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retazned for the entry of such f~rther orders as nay be proper.
