DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 26th day of October, 1973, ar.3
the Court having given f~ll consideration to all the evidence, finds and c3eter-
mines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties snd sub~ect matter of this
suit; that the re?ation of husband and ~rife noW exists betWeen the parties;
and that the marriage betWeen the parties is irretrievably broken and should ~
be dissolved. It is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fol2ows:
1. The marriage between MICHAEL PETERI+~.AN and JiJ~Y PETERMt~N be and
the same is he,eby dissolred, and the parties and each of them are hereby forev r
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing bet~reen them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of SHERAY LYN PETERMAN, minor child of the parties, is

; here~y awarded to JUDY PETERMAN ~ith reasonable visitation rights reserved to
` MICHAEL PETERMAN.
