Lot 37 of SHER,ATON PLAZA, UNIT 2, REPLAT according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, at page 2 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Thi~s is a corrective deed given to correct the legal description to
include "UNIT 2" which was inadvertently omitted from the description contained ~
in that certain Corrective Special Warranty Deed of conveyance from the grantor ~
to the grantee herein dated Augast 14, 1972, recorded OR Book 205, page ?89,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
