WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida held a public hearing on the 16th day of October, 1973,
after first publishing a notice of said hearing the News Tribune
at Fort Pie?'~'e; Florida on the 27th day of September, 1973 on t
closing, vacating and abandoning that portion of the following.
described dedicated right of way, and renouncing and disclaiming
any right of St. Lucie County and the public a,n and to the lands
lying within that portion said right of way in St.Lucie County,

Florida described as follows:
A 15 foot strip lying Nor.th and East of Tract 1,
Block 1 of St. Lucie Gardens in Section 35,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 35 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
said strip being also described as the North 15
feet and the East 15 feet of the NE4 of the NE¢
of the NE4 of said Section 35. ;

WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to '

closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in
and to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion
of the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest '

of the public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim
and renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to -

' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-

16th day of October, 1973, as follows:
1. That portion of a public road in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as follows:
